• Traditional Funeral Service – This service typically will involve a visitation, a funeral service in the Rowland-Ford Funeral Home Chapel or in a place of worship, and a graveside service.

• Direct Burial – Rowland-Ford Funeral Home will also facilitate a direct burial without a formal funeral service or graveside service before the burial. 

• Transfer Service – In a day and age when people often have to move away from their hometown and family roots, this service is for those who wish to hold funeral services somewhere out of town. 

The cremation service is an alternative to burial, where heat is used to reduce human remains to basic compounds. We offer a variety of cremation services, but encourage friends and family to set aside a time for reflection and remembrance of a life that has been lived. We understand every service is unique and our staff accommodates every family with personalized care.

• Traditional Cremation Service – This service typically will involve a visitation, a service in the Rowland-Ford Funeral Home Chapel or in a place of worship, with final cremation after the service. The cremated remains are placed in a second container, typically an urn, as a final resting place, and can be buried if the family chooses.

• Memorial Service – With a memorial service and an accompanying visitation, the cremated remains will be present during the service. The cremated remains will be placed in a second container, typically an urn, as a final resting place, and can be buried if the family chooses.

• Direct Cremation – This service is an alternative to burial without a formal service or visitation service before or after the cremation. The cremated remains are placed in a second container as a final resting place.
