Thomas W. Stribling, Sr.

North Augusta, SC......Thomas Wesley Stribling, Sr. passed away on June 1, 2021.

Born on August 19, 1934 in Drew, MS, Thomas graduated from Drew Highschool and then attended the University of Mississippi.  He enlisted and served as Officer in the US Army and went on to retire as a Lieutenant Colonel in the SC National Guard.  After retiring from the service, he worked as a Certified Moving Consultant for Ellefson Transportation Group (formerly United Movers).  

Thomas is survived by his wife, Betsy, of 63 years, his children Tommy (Ellen) and Paul Stribling, grandchildren Alex Stribling, Annie (Alex) Thirkell, Mandy (Drew) Nelson, great-grandchildren Wyatt Nelson and Max Thirkell, his sister Jane Cox and brothers Fred Stribling and John Stribling.

His memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 pm June 3, 2021 at Rowland-Ford Funeral Home with Dr. Mark Riser officiating. Visitation will follow the service.
