Teresa Victoria "Vicki" (Yonce) Fricks

North Augusta, SC……Ms. Teresa Victoria “Vicki” Fricks, 75, entered into rest on Sunday, October 30, 2022 at her residence.

Her memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 5:00 PM in Rowland Ford Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Vicki graduated from North Augusta High School and studied at Southeastern University. She excelled at working with crafts and interior decoration. She spent her retirement enjoying the beach, lake and tending to her garden. Vicki loved spending time with her family and was a mother of two and grandmother of three. She was a woman of great faith which she shared with all in need and was a true friend who never judged. She was always there when needed.

Vicki’s former boss wrote about her time with United Way of the CSRA and said: “Vicki was a valuable and dedicated employee with United Way of the CSRA for seventeen years. She was hired, May 1, 2001, as an Executive Assistant and retired on December 31, 2018, as Marketing & Communications Manager. She performed well in her first role but excelled in her later role as marketing and communications manager. Vicki was best known for her creativity and her ability to plan events. She planned and orchestrated over fifty United Way functions, most notably, campaign kick-offs and the campaign celebrations. She was a devoted professional to her craft in addition to providing a listening ear and spiritual advice to staff.”

Vicki is survived by her son, Ryan Fricks and his wife Shallon; and her three grandchildren, Braydon, Kalin and Aaron Fricks. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Nicole Fricks and her brother, Larry Yonce.
