Belvedere, SC....... Sandra M. Horsley Robbins passed away on May 2, 2025. She lived most of her life at 303 Serpentine Drive in Belvedere, South Carolina. While living there and married to her husband, Mayo Robbins, they began their family of three children, Rhonda Gayle, Linda Richell, and Richard Christopher.
Sandra organized and hosted many family events, including birthdays, poker nights, and other gatherings. She was also a skilled seamstress who could sew just about anything from Barbie doll clothes to camper covers, water trampolines, and even curtains fit to hang in the White House.
Alongside Mayo, she helped bring softball leagues to Belvedere and coached their team to championships. She also contributed to the founding and operation of Time Wash, a company that served the local construction community for many years.
Sandra is survived by her children: Rhonda, Linda and Richard; her sister Bobby Jean Morris, and her brother Sherbert Horsley; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be remembered fondly by her family and by dear friends, including Rebecca Ansley, Larry and Deborah Petinato, Tom and Jean Rogers, and Ken and Elaine Skinner.
A private celebration of Sandra's life will be held with family and close friends. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Sandra's name to Trinity Hospice in Augusta Georgia, or to the American Canver Society, in honor of her memory and care.
Let us find joy in her memory and peace in letting her go. May we carry forward her legacy of care, skill, and quiet strength, holding her in our hearts as we gather in her honor.
