Robert Milton Cadarr

Aiken, SC…...Mr. Robert Milton Cadarr, 76, loving companion of Diane Vance, entered into rest on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Aiken Regional Medical Center. 

His memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Rowland-Ford Funeral Home Chapel. Veteran’s Honors will be accorded following the service.

Mr. Cadarr was a veteran of the US Army having served two tours of duty in the Viet Nam War. During his time in the service, Bob was a helicopter pilot, flying personnel, supplies, and other missions. He later transitioned to an assignment with the Military Police for the remainder of his service.  Upon his retirement from the Army, Bob began his career with Sizemore, Inc. in 1978 as a security guard where he rose through the ranks to become the Senior Vice President of Security Services. Bob loved music and concerts, particularly Earth, Wind, and Fire. Any time he and Diane would attend one of their concerts, Bob was sure to have backstage passes. In October of 2020, Bob was the recipient of the Quilt of Valor. 

Survivors in addition to Diane are his 2 sons, Stewart Cadarr and Donald Cadarr. 

Members of the Retired Military Police Association and Sizemore Security will serve as honorary pallbearers.
