Matthew Joseph Davan, III

North Augusta, SC…….Mr. Matthew Joseph Davan, III, 50, husband of 13 years to Mihaela Davan, entered into rest on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center.

His funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 28, 2019 in the Rowland-Ford Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Ruben Zamudio, officiating. Interment will be private. Full Military Honors will be accorded at the funeral home following the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the hour of the service.

Mr. Davan retired from the U.S. Army after serving his country for more than 24 years. He was an avid gamer and always wanted to travel.

Additional survivors include his son, Matthew Joseph Davan, IV; his sister, Teresa Mulcahy (Michael) and his uncle, Richard Mackey.
