Marilene Bullard

North Augusta, SC……Mrs. Marilene Bullard, 92, entered into rest on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at Aiken Regional Medical Center.

Her funeral service will be held at 2:30 PM on Sunday, January 7, 2024 at Warren Belvedere with Pastor Stephen Newman and Rev. John Meyer officiating. Interment will follow in Pineview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the committal.

Mrs. Bullard was a dedicated and active member of Belvedere First Baptist Church for over 65 years where she taught Sunday School, Girls in Action, sang in the church choir, served in the Homebound Ministry, and on several committees. Mrs. Bullard had a 30 plus year career as a nurse, having served at St. Joseph, PMI, and finally retiring from the VA. She was devoted to her family and was a talented seamstress, making her daughters clothes when they were young. Tending to her flower garden and traveling the world with her late husband Ira were two of her favorite things to do. 

She is survived by her daughters, Beth B. Williamson and Laura B. Arthur (Mike); 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Harold G. Bullard and Ira Collins; 7 brothers; and 1 sister.
