Karen Kathleen (Brennan) Keefer

North Augusta, SC……Mrs. Karen Kathleen Keefer, 65, loving wife of Mark Keefer, entered into rest on July 16, 2023 at her residence after succumbing to pancreatic cancer.

Karen was born in Blue Island, IL, on April 23, 1958, to the late Ronald Gerald and Kathleen Rae Brennan. Karen and Mark made North Augusta their home for the past 37 years. She was a retired administrative professional from SRS leaving the site in 1997 to care for her parents and cherished dogs.

In addition to her husband of 42 years, Karen is survived by her older sister, Deborah West (John); and older brother, Thomas Patrick Brennan. She was preceded in death by her parents and two younger brothers, William Brennan and Jeffrey Brennan.

Inurnment will be held at a later date in Lincoln National Cemetery, Elmwood, IL.
