Helen M. Casebolt

North Augusta, SC.......Helen Maddrey Casebolt entered into rest on November 27, 2021, at NHC Healthcare in North Augusta, South Carolina. She was born in Severn, North Carolina, on January 21, 1923, to Cecil Jarvis and Virgie Hill Maddrey.  She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Carter of Keysville, Georgia, and Phyllis Hallman of Snellville, Georgia, grandchildren Kevin Floyd (Heather), Chris Carter, Ben Hallman (Tara) and Meredith Hallman, great-grandchildren Tanner, Cooper and Archer Floyd, Autumn and Amanda Carter, and Sophia and Arya Hallman, sister Maxine Earley, Chesapeake, Virginia, many nieces and nephews and the children and grandchildren of her late husbands, Harold Casebolt and Jim McNally.

During her distinguished 30-year career as a sales manager with Avon Products, she was a Circle of Excellence member three times, earning trips to Hawaii, New York and Austria and was a President’s Celebration winner twice.  She credited her success to the power of positive thinking and read many motivational and inspirational books. She had a happy spirit with an outgoing personality and loved spending time with her family and many friends.  She enjoyed music, dancing, traveling, gardening and working jigsaw puzzles.  She was a member of North Augusta Southern Methodist Church and was a resident of Belvedere, South Carolina, for 66 years. 

The family would like to thank the staff of NHC Healthcare, Magnolia Unit, for their kind and compassionate care.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 2, at 2 p.m. at Rowland-Ford Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Jones officiating.  The family will receive friends for 30 minutes prior to the service.  Interment will follow at Pineview Memorial Gardens.  If desired, memorials may be made to North Augusta Southern Methodist Church, 615 Martintown Road, North Augusta, SC 29841.  Rowland-Ford Funeral Home, 637 Martintown Road, North Augusta, SC, is in charge of the arrangements.
