Heidi Inez Angel

Heidi Inez Angel, 65, of North Augusta, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2025, surrounded by the people who loved her most.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J.B. and Sadie Lowe, and her brother, Bubba Lowe. She is survived by her husband, David Schoen; her children, Jacob Boykin, Joshua Boykin (wife, Whitney), Hannah Easterwood (husband, Matt), and Amanda Schoen; her siblings, Zee Allen (husband, Richie) and Hy Myrick; her beloved grandchildren, Khloe, Cooper, and Tucker Boykin, Madeline and David Helverson, Inman Schoen, and Beau Easterwood; and her niece and nephew, Savannah Williams and Chip Allen.

Heidi was a woman whose presence filled every room she entered. Known for her quick wit, honesty, and vibrant personality, she brought laughter and life to those around her. She left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Above all else, Heidi loved her family deeply and found her greatest joy in being surrounded by them—especially her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at J.M. Ford Funeral Directors in North Augusta. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory and share the many stories and moments that made her so unforgettable.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Aiken County Animal Shelter in Heidi’s memory, reflecting her lifelong love and compassion for animals.
