Frances W. (West) Rhodes

Evans, GA......Frances West Rhodes,102, entered into rest on September 26, 2022, surrounded by her beloved family. 

Frances was born in Beebe, Arkansas, and made North Augusta her home 22 years ago. For the last several years, she lived at Westwood Extended Care in Evans.

Frances was a planner and organizer, and she took pride in compiling her family history going back many generations. She took even more pride in her descendants, leaving a legacy of love for generations to come.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lessie Piercey, and a sister, Lucille Munzner (Larry). Survivors include 3 sons, William Miles, Jr. (Lyn), David Miles, and Luther R. Cooper, Jr.; 2 daughters, Beverly Smith (Mike) and Virginia Finney (Jim); like a daughter and dearest friend, Shirley Cooper (Floyd); seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Rowland-Ford Funeral Home this Thursday from 10-10:45am, and a graveside service will follow at 11:00am at Pineview Memorial Gardens in North Augusta, SC, with Pastor Michael McAdory officiating.
