Chad Joseph Morehouse

Mr. Chad Joseph Morehouse, 39, of Evans, Georgia entered into rest on October 2, 2021 at Doctors Hospital, Augusta, Georgia surrounded by his family and friends.  

His funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 5:00 PM in the Rowland-Ford Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3:00 PM until service time. Chad was born in Potsdam, New York on November 25, 1981 to Terry and Nancy Morehouse. He graduated from Madrid-Waddington High School in Upstate, New York. Chad was a hard working and dedicated member of The Operating Engineers Local 470 (IUOE). He was an avid hunter and always had a strong love for anything that went fast. Chad was known for his love for his family and friends. Chad was also well known for his sense of humor, his infectious smile, his dedication, and his generosity. 

Mr. Morehouse’s survivors include his daughter, Rachel Morehouse (North Augusta, SC); his girlfriend, Kim Johnson (Evans, GA); his dad, Terry Morehouse(Potsdam, NY); Siblings, Corey and Sam Morehouse( Douglas, AZ), Cole and Mallory Morehouse( Potsdam, NY), and Linda Revis( Burlington, NC) and several nieces and nephews. Chad was also survived by many extended family members to include The Jones and Taylor families. He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Morehouse; Sister, Chelsea Morehouse; and best friend, Roger “Bucky” Taylor.
