Caroline Iree D'Antignac Poitra

Augusta, GA…...Mrs. Caroline Iree D’Antignac Poitra, 59, wife of the late Henry Poitra, entered into rest on Monday, November 23, 2020. 

Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 27, 2020 in the Rowland-Ford Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Bobby Coleman officiating. Interment will follow in Magnolia Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. She was a lifelong resident of the Augusta area.  She loved her family and the Lord above above all.  Nothing brought her more joy than sharing the word of God and how wonderful he is. 

She is survived by her daughters, London Thuan (Anthony) and Lea DiFranco; her bonus daughter, Rhia Bridges (Antonio); her grandchildren, Alina, Britain, Charleston Kathryn; bonus grandchildren, Isaiah, Emery, and Palmer; her brothers, Cecil D’Antignac, Jr. (Dawn) and Bill D’Antignac (Judy); her sisters, Marie D’Antignac Smith (Toxy) and Martha D’Antignac Moore (Gordon). She was preceded in death by her mother and father Mr. and Mrs. Cecil D’Antignac; brother, Bobby D’Antignac (Kathy) and her sister, Kathy D’Antignac.
