Barbara Ann McDaniel

North Augusta, SC…….Mrs. Barbara Ann McDaniel, 87, wife of the late Jasper “Jack” McDaniel, entered into rest on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at Brookdale Senior Living.

Her graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 1, 2022 in Pineview Memorial Gardens with Dr. Roy L. Head and Rev. John Meyer officiating. There will be no formal visitation, however, her body may be viewed Friday from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Rowland-Ford Funeral Home.

Barbara worked as an RN in several states in her younger days, including St. Joseph Hospital and the Edgefield County Health Department. Upon her marriage to Jack, she joined Belvedere First Baptist Church where she was a member for 60 years and served faithfully in the homebound ministry and card ministry. She was known to send cards to everyone in the church for any occasion.She enjoyed traveling, particularly internationally, with Jack. Following his death, she continued to travel with her niece, Sherry, even riding a segway in the Bahamas at 82.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews as well as her cousins in the upstate.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Brookdale Senior Living, particularly Geneva, Sarah, and Keisha, who showed Barbara special attention.
