Obituary
Mr. Athanasios "Tom" Tolias, 76, entered into rest on June 17, 2022 at his residence.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and cooking, particularly grilling. In 1972 he left his home country of Greece to begin a life in the US, first in the Washington DC area, then, around 1990 in Richmond, VA before settling in Aiken in 2012. Throughout his life he owned and operated several restaurants.
He is survived by his sons, Gus Tolias (Lorrie) and David Tolias (Cecelia); his grandchildren, Brandon Moseley (Carleigh), Brooke Moseley, Abby Tolias, Liam Tolias, Nathan Tolias, Matthew Tolias, and Andrew Tolias; his brother, David Tolias; and his sister, Julie Manousos.
