North Augusta, SC……..Mrs. Peggy Ann Miller, 74, wife of the late Lowell Franklin Miller, entered into rest on Friday, September 20, 2019 at Select Specialty Hospital.
The family will receive friends at Rowland-Ford Funeral Home on Monday, September 23, 2019 from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM. A private family inurnment will be held at a later date.
She was born in Pennsylvania, on July 28, 1945 to the late Elmer Clayton and Cleona Collier Liston. She lived in Ohio for some time before making North Augusta her permanent home in 1974. She was a Baptist, and along with her late husband, served as a Youth leader at Sybene Missionary Baptist Church. Peggy was a realtor for over thirty years, beginning with Happiness Realty Company and won many awards during her career. She was actively involved with the North Augusta Belvedere Board of Realtors as well as the Belvedere Girls Softball League. She had a tremendous love for her family and a big heart, always willing to help those in need. She will be remembered most for her sense of humor and her incredible devotion to her husband of 50 years.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Robert Liston, and her sisters, Connie Combs and Sandra Roy.
Survivors include her sons, Carl Miller and his wife Catherine of Washington, GA and Mark Miller and his wife Lisa of North Augusta; her daughter, Connie Miller Fulop and her husband Vic of North Augusta; three grandsons, Jason Stewart and his wife Vicki and Dustin Stewart, all of North Augusta and Lowell Nathaniel “Nathan” Stewart and his wife Brittany of Lugoff, SC; three granddaughters, Jewell Ann Miller and Marie Miller, both of North Augusta and Michelle Miller of Washington, GA; two great grandchildren, Ansley Stewart and Lowell Aiden Stewart; her brothers, Clayton Liston and his wife Marilyn and Richard Liston and his wife Patricia; her sister, Aileen Smith and her husband David and several nieces and nephews.
Rowland-Ford Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
