John Allan "Al" Holliday, Jr.

North Augusta, SC… Mr. John Allan “Al” Holliday, Jr., 71, husband of Sherry Holliday, entered into rest on Thursday, July 12, 2018.

His funeral service will be held at the Sweetwater Baptist Church on Monday, July 16, 2018 at 10:00AM officiated by Dr. Paul Noe and Dr. Roy Head. Interment will follow at Pineview Memorial Gardens.

Al was a member of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 150 for over 50 years. He was a member and enjoyed services at Sweetwater Baptist Church. Al loved God and his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a simple man who enjoyed life, gardening, nature, fishing, and working in his shop. 

Al is also survived by his sons, Jack (Kim) Holliday of North Augusta, Jason Holliday of North Augusta, and Aaron (Tiffany) Holliday of Lexington; six grandchildren, Katelyn, Sarah, Grace, Aidan, Mackenzie, and Jackson Holliday.

Pallbearers will be Bill McDaniel, Chuck McDaniel, Russell Harrell, Rob Russell, and Larry Lowe. Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the Local 150.

The family will receive friends at Rowland-Ford Funeral Home on Sunday, July 15, 2018 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM.

Memorials may be made to Sweetwater Baptist Church Building Fund.
